PowerScope enrollment

Three steps, about five minutes.

1. Download the enrollment kit
2. Run it on the machine that will be your PowerScope license server. It writes a small file called enrollment-manifest.json describing that machine.
3. Reply to our email with enrollment-manifest.json attached.
